I · The idea
On 6 October INNO hosts one of the events bringing Milan to life during The World’s 50 Best Bars 2026, the international celebration of excellence in mixology.
For the first time, The World’s 50 Best Bars comes to Italy: on 7 October 2026 Milan will host the official ceremony at the Palazzo del Ghiaccio, bringing together some of the most influential bartenders, cocktail bars and figures on the international scene.
In the days leading up to the event, the city becomes a meeting point for the global bartending community, with guest shifts, collaborations and special events across Milan’s bars and restaurants.
It is within this calendar that, on Tuesday 6 October, INNO becomes one of the stops of The World’s 50 Best Bars week, opening its doors to an evening devoted to encounters, cross-pollination and the contemporary culture of mixed drinks.
A special occasion to bring into INNO the international energy that will sweep through Milan in those days, and to celebrate, alongside its protagonists, one of the most important weeks of the year for the world of mixology.

Not a fixed calendar, but occasions we announce one at a time. Newsletter subscribers hear about them first.

A multi-course menu designed by the chef for the evening: the Mediterranean, Japan and Latin America chasing one another dish after dish. No choices to make, other than letting yourself be guided. Wine pairing available glass by glass.

The dining room set for a single long table, or a small group. A theme, a story, sometimes a guest. These are the evenings when INNO stops being a restaurant and becomes a home that welcomes you.

Four seats at the counter, facing the chef at work in the open kitchen, with the sommelier building the pairing in real time. The most intimate experience INNO can offer: book a few days ahead.
III · The wine
What happens on the plate is only half the story. The other half is written by the sommelier: sparkling wines, natural wines, a few labels you won’t find on the list every day. For private evenings we can tailor the pairing to your group.
